here is my Boss GX-100 starter pack
when you get a new preamp and multi effects, while its impressive to see all the crazy tones and many things these units are capable of, sometimes you just want some great simple tones to get you started, that you can also use for jamming, building new tones and even as a basis for your live presets for gigs
these are the tones in this pack
JAYC120
my version of that classic Rolan JC120 chorus tone, used on hundreds of classic recordings, a chiming chorus with a massively versatile clean tone for many styles, the chorus is footswitachable via CTL1 and a lovely Space Echo delay available via CTL2
Its Twins
my version of that classic Fender Twin tone, with a Shadows style vintage echo available with CTL1 as well
Deluxed
wonderful for blues, this also has a Blues Drive boost available via CTL1, i love this one, works equally well with Strats or Les Pauls!
Plex Appeal
my version of that classic Marshall Plexi tone, ideal for vintage rock and even blues, with extra boost available via CTL1 and you can quickly engage a classic crybaby style wah with CTL2!
Voxy
my take on that classic and very versatile 60s Vox AC30 style tone, and a classic fuzz setting available via CTL1 as well
JAYCM900
my 1990s Marshall tone, perfect for hard rock and heavy metal, with extra gain boost available via CTL1 for solos and a cool delay via CTL2, and even a 90s style chorus settings in the chain too, great for that rack system style sound too!
Boogie On
my Mesa Dual Rectifier style tone, which you can use for hard rock, modern metal and much solo, tone and plenty of drive and power!
